PPS 6165A4日本宝理---Impact resistant PPS 6150t6 Burley durafide? PPS is a linear PPS polymer purchased by our company from Wu Yu, Ltd., which was first modified, produced and sold in Japan. Compared with the traditional PPS, while maintaining its excellent mechanical strength, heat resistance, drug resistance, flame retardancy and other characteristics, it improves the ductility and impact strength, making the toughness better. It is widely used in the peripheral parts of automobile engine, the electrical parts of hybrid electric vehicle / electric vehicle, the hybrid faucets of smart phones, bathrooms and washrooms, etc.

＜成型时的注意事项＞

· 推荐材料的预干燥条件为140℃、3小时。

· 为了防止树脂分解，请按下列条件设定树脂温度及机筒内的滞留时间。
1) 佳树脂温度：300 ～320 ℃ （不得超过360℃）
2) 料筒内滞留极限时间

料筒温度	滞留时间
300 ℃	60 分钟以内
320 ℃	30 分钟以内

（上述为参考值，随条件而变）

 

· 当树脂出现分解或有分解的迹象时，请降低机筒温度，并将机筒内的材料彻底排清。在作业时请带好防护眼睛，不要将手、脸靠近喷嘴处。

· 请勿混入宝理塑料公司推荐外的着色剂、添加剂及异种牌号的树脂。

· 在工作场所应为局部或完全通风。
