(1) Barrel temperature
When the barrel temperature under the hopper is excessively reduced, the friction between barrel and screw will tend to increase.
If there is no problem with fluidity, a small drop in temperature will help reduce retention discoloration. Especially for non black molding products, the best setting is 300-320 ℃.
(2) Mold temperature
The die temperature has a great influence on the properties.
From the appearance, dimensional stability, heat resistance and creep resistance, the mold temperature should be higher than 130 ℃ but not lower than 120 ℃.
(3) Injection pressure
Generally, the injection pressure of 30-100mpa is preferred. In order to reduce flash, low pressure forming is recommended.
(4) Injection rate
In order to obtain good appearance, high speed injection should be carried out. However, high speed injection is easy to cause warpage and scorch, so as long as the appearance is good, there is no need to overuse high speed injection.
(5) Back pressure
In order to keep the measurement stable, it is suggested to set the back pressure at 2 ~ 5MPa. When the measurement is unstable, the back pressure can be slightly increased to 8-10mpa.
(6) Screw speed
Generally 40-100rpm is suitable. The rotation speed should not exceed 200 rpm, otherwise it will cause glass fiber cutting and resin heating.
(7) Retention in barrel
Even if durafide remains in the barrel for a long time, its viscosity will not increase significantly. Therefore, the use of hot runner is effective.
