ppr管热熔操作

热熔器接通电源，PVC管业加工，到达温度指示灯亮后方能开始操作。

切割管材必须使端面垂直于管轴线，管材切割一般使用管子剪，PVC管业生产，如为大管径，则用锯条切割，切割后断面去毛刺和毛边。

Hot melt operation of PPR pipe

The heat melt can be operated after the power is turned on and the temperature indicator light is on.

The end face of the pipe must be perpendicular to the pipe axis. Pipe cutting is generally used. If the pipe diameter is large， it is cut with a saw blade. After cutting， the sected shall be deburring and burr free.

ppr管安装的小窍门

·安装完毕后的试压工作，试验压力为工作压力的1.5倍，且压力值不得小于0.6MPa，东城区PVC管业，测试时间约20-30分钟。

·管材安装要遵循“水走天”原则，避免后期维护损害管道。

·安装过程中要及时封住管材开口处，避免杂物进入管道系统

Tips for PPR tube installation
