Dan2022 Glass Coating is a protective anti-abrasion hard clear coating option for scanner glass
applicati*** with up to 40X more linear taber abrasion resistance when compared to an
uncoated glass surface.

Abrasion resistance is key for POS and airport scanners, and mass transportation “ticket” readers that
are in c***tant use and where abrasion damage can be incurred from produce/product packaging, cell
phones, keys, baskets, dirt, debris and other items dragged across them. Abrasion induced haze on the
scanner reader glass can result in failure to read or capture data, QR codes, barcodes and images
required for ID verification. Application of the Dan2022 Glass coating produces a highly abrasion
resistant surface capable of maintaining its clarity for tens of thousands of repeated scan encounters for
high usable lifetime hours.

Performance attributes include clarity and transparency from 400-1000nm, 20-40X enhanced abrasion
resistance for high “rub” contact, and 100-400X enhanced retention of clarity for field and outdoor use
where dirt, sand, and debris can be encountered. Glass substrate format sizes ***ailable are from mm’s
up to 16” x 23”. Dan2022 Glass coating is ideal for indoor, outdoor, freezer and industrial applicati***
with temperatures from -40° to 70°C. Additionally, Dan2022 Glass coating surfaces are easy-to-clean
