JGZYM08S石材机械磨边机采用一套人工智能操作的控制系统，各个机械动作由电脑编写程序进行操控，通过人机界面与操作人员进行交流设定，和自动检测系统提供信号，机台共设定2套程序具有针对性的进行实施操作分别为花岗岩、大理石程序、工作时只要切换程序即可，可做到有石材时抛光系统自动工作，没石材时自动停止工作。门个抛光磨轮可以根据磨料磨损的程度不同进行自动补偿，有效保证抛光效果连续又一致。避免我工补偿带来的繁杂工作量，直到抛光轮用完操作系统会提醒进行更换，再通过一键磨轮更换功能进行下降更换，人性化的功能和技能化的操作是本设备***多的特点。

三、磨边机器的区别
1、石材磨边机器有卧式线条机、卧式磨边机、立式磨边机、CNC加工中心和手提砂轮机，其中立式磨边机功能较多，可以加工玻璃等各种造型，对于大理石板材，立式放置不易断裂，加工可靠性高，安装、调试、维护方便，效率高。CNC加工中心虽然能磨各各种形状的边，由于设备贵市场难以接受。
2、玻璃磨边机器有立式和卧式磨边机，如直线磨边机、直线斜边机、直线双边机、异形磨边机、CNC数控磨边机，集粗磨、精磨、抛光与一体，常用加工玻璃厚度3-25mm，厚度超过25mm的夹层玻璃加工机器要特殊定制，玻璃磨边机对石材板厚小于25mm可以加工。
大理石线条需要加上不同的材质进行加固。加固的材质一般有：不锈钢条、铝条、铝蜂窝、人造石等进行加固。不同宽度、不同的石材、不同线条会使用不同的材质进行加固。一般50mm左右的小线条可加一条铝条；100mm左右的线条可用人造石或两条铝条进行加固；100mm以上的可用铝蜂窝加固。铝蜂窝加固可减轻石条重量以及更加坚固，可成本也相对较高。加固时，需注意石线的暴露位置，因石线具有收口的效果，因此石线在暴露的位置需要特殊的处理。加工过程也需要特别注意，以方便制作同时又要使其不会脱落。
