混流泵
（一） 用途：
HW型混流泵为卧式、单级、单吸、悬臂蜗壳式混流泵，适用于农田排灌、工业、城镇给排水及船坞、码头引水等。

1、经常检查轴承温度，轴承箱内应装70%的钙基黄油，不得过多或过少，轴承升温一般不得比周围超过35°C，轴承的极限温度不得超过75°C（用手摸感到烫手），若超过应停车检查原因予以消除。
Check the bearing temperature
regularly.The bearing box should be put 70% butter,it can not be too much or
too little.The temperature rising of bearing can not be more than 35°C higher
than around temperature and the limiting temperature of bearing is 75°C,if the temperature is higher than 75°C, stop to check the reason and adjust it.

4、叶轮表面的气蚀。由于叶片背水面运行时产生负压，当压力Pklt;Pva时，产生汽穴和蜂窝表面后，在电化学腐蚀作用下，使泵叶汽蚀。
5、容积损失和机械损失。由于泵使用时间长，机械磨损产生漏失和阻力增大，使容积效率和机械效率降低。
以上原因，使水泵性能变差。运行效率降低2～5%，严重的可以使水泵效率降低10%以上。
