1、 Input rotaion direction keep

no change，转向箱， output roation direction can

be opposite， same or no rotation.

2、 Single-shaft-put shaft，double out shafts .In case of double out-put

shafts，one shaft rotate， the other can stop; two out shafts can stop rotating

or rotate together ;and the rotative dinection of two output shafts can be the

same or opposite.

当轮辐的宽度与齿宽相等时得到实心式齿轮结构，它的结构简单、制造方便。　　

适用条件：

①齿顶圆直径da≤200mm；

②对可靠性有特殊要求；

③高速转动时降低噪声。

　　为便于装配和减少边缘应力集中，孔边及齿顶边缘应切制倒角。对于锥齿轮，轮毂的宽度应大于齿宽，以利于加工时装夹。

腹板式齿轮

当齿顶圆直径da=200~500mm时，可做成腹板式结构，以节省材料、减轻重量。考虑到加工时夹紧及搬运的需要，腹板上常对称的开出4～6个孔。直径较小时，腹板式齿轮的毛坯常用可锻材料通过锻造得到，批量小时采用自由锻，批量大时采用模锻。直径较大或结构复杂时，转向箱价格，毛坯通常用铸铁、铸钢等材料铸造而成。对于模锻和铸造齿轮，为便于起模，应设计必要的拔模斜度和较大的过渡圆角gt;200～500。
