Vacuum Ceramic Disc Filters are the solid/liquid separation equipment, used to dewater mineral concentrates and pelletising feed slurries. Microporous ceramic discs replace conventional filter cloth. Capillary action draws liquid through the pores, and only a small vacuum pump is required, resulting in significantly reduced energy consumption.
Vacuum Ceramic Disc Filter is simple to install and operate, and is an ideal replacement for inefficient vacuum drum filters.
