CQF氟塑料磁力驱动离心泵

　　CQF氟塑料磁力驱动离心泵，采用国际标准ISO2858设计，过流部件材质采用塑料衬里，全密封无泄漏，适用于石油、化工、冶金、电力、造纸、食品、制药、合成纤维等工业部门。广泛用于输送易燃、易爆、易挥发、有毒、有强腐蚀性及不允许污染的介质。除熔融碱金属、发烟硝酸等少数介质外，选用不同的塑料材料，几乎能抵抗所有的化学介质（包括浓硝酸和王水的腐蚀。泵的吸入压力应不超过0.2MPa;一般在抽送介质最高温度不超过80℃时，泵的额定压力为1.6MPa。

　　CQF Plastic Lining Magnetic -driving Centrifugal Pumps, in accordance with international standard IS02858, materials of overflow components being all plastic lining, is non -leakage and applied to petrochemical, metallurgy, power station, paper-making, food and pharmaceutical. Its prime application is lo convey inflammable, explosive, severely poisonous, strongly corrosivez and other fluids that can not be polluted by seals. Selecting various plastic material, CQF can nearly resist against any corrosion from all chemicals (including thick nitric acid and
aqua regia ), except melting alkaline metal and nitric acid , etc. Pump suction pressure must be controlled within 0. 2MPa. The maximum working pressure is 1.6MPa , when temperature of liquids to be delivered is within 80℃.

结构特点:

（１）全密封，无泄漏，无污染　
（２）采用ISO2858标准，方便替代IH化工泵
（３）工艺液体自冷却润滑传动部件，不需要额外管路系统
（４）整台泵只需1-2个密封垫圈，确保了最佳安全性
（５）可选择电机直联或通过联轴器连接的形式
