剪力墙结构剪力墙结构的楼板与墙体均为现浇或预制钢筋混凝土结构,多被用于高层住宅楼和公寓建筑。5.框架——剪力墙结构在框架结构中设置部分剪力墙,使框架和剪力墙两者结合起来,共同抵抗水平荷载的空间结构,充分发挥了剪力墙和框架各自的优点,因此在高层建筑中采用框架——剪力墙结构比框架结构更经济合理。6.筒体结构筒体结构是采用钢筋混凝土墙围成侧向刚度很大的筒体,其受力特点与一个固定于基础上的筒形悬臂构件相似。常见有框架内单筒结构、单筒外移式框架外单筒结构、框架外筒结构、筒中筒结构和成组筒结构。

根据国外资料的统计,9至10层住宅比5层可节约用地23~28%,10至17层的住宅,则比5层的节约用地32~49%;若从5层提高到9层,则建筑容积率可提高35%。小区市政设施费可降低32%。但不能无限制增加建筑层数,要保护城市有良好环境,要将部分不适宜在城市的工厂企业远离外迁。住宅建筑与工商业等其他建筑不同,一般住宅必须保证有一定的日照和间距。全年中日照的冬至日,要求达到两小时标准。
