一、产品特点
交联聚乙烯绝缘电力电缆具有高机械强度、耐环境应力好、优良的电气性能和耐化学腐蚀等特点，重量轻，结构简单，使用方便。本产品适用于交流额定电压U0/U为0.6/1KV及以下的输配电线路上。
阻燃型电缆的主要特点是电缆不易着火或着火时延燃仅局限在一定范围内，适用于电缆敷设密集程度较高的发电站、地铁、隧道、高层建筑、大型工矿企业、油田、煤矿等场所。低烟无卤阻燃型电缆的特点是电缆不仅具备阻燃性能，而且具有低发烟性和无害性（害性和腐蚀性较少），适用于对电缆阻燃、烟密度、毒性指数等有特别要求的场所，如地铁、隧道、***站等。
耐火型电缆的主要特点是电缆除了能在正常的工作条件下传输电力外，电缆在着火燃烧时仍然能保持一定时间的正常运行，适用于***站、地铁、隧道、高层建筑等与防火和消防救生有关的地方。

二、产品标准
本产品按GB/T12706.1-2002标准生产，还可以按用户要求的其他标准生产。
阻燃型电缆除了按上述标准外，其阻燃性能按GB/T19666-2005标准规定分成A、B、C三种不同的阻燃类别，A能类别的阻燃性能***优，用户可根据需要选用。无卤低烟阻燃型电缆分另A、B、C三种不同的阻燃类别，烟密度通过GB/T17651-1998规定的试验，PH值及导电率应符合GB/T19216.21-2003。

四、产品使用特性
1、额定电压U0/U为0.6/1KV。

2、电缆导体的***高额定温度为90摄氏度。

3、短路时（***长持续时间不超过5秒），电缆导体的***高温度不超过250摄氏度。

4、电缆敷设时的环境温度应不低于0摄氏度，其***小弯曲半径如下：

单芯无铠装电缆：20D

单芯有铠装电缆：15D

三芯无铠装电缆：15D

三芯有铠装电缆：12D

Characteristics and application
XLPE insulated power cable has the advantages of not only high mechanical strength good ambient stress resistance, good electrical properties and anti-chemical corrosion, but also simple c***truction, light weight and convenient to use. It applies to electrical power tran***ission and distribution lines with A.C.rated voltage U0/U up to and including 0.6/1KV.

The flame retardant XLPE power cable is hard to get fire or that the continuous burning of cables is very limited when it is on fire. It applies to the places with many cables laid tightly together such as power-generated station, subway, tunnel, high-storey building, large-size factory and mines, oil field and coal mine. Main characteristics of low ***oke, halogen-free, flame retardant power cable is very low ***oke emission
 and harmless (low toxic, low corrosive) besides the property of flame retardant. It can be used in such kinds of places as subway, tunnel, nuclear power station with special demands of property of flame retardant, the density of ***oke emission and toxic index when cable gets burning.

Fire-resistance cable can operate normally for some time when it is burning except that it can tran***it electrical power under normal condition. It is used in the places such as nuclear power station, subway, tunnel, high-storey building and other places concerning to fire security and its lifes***ing.

 

The cable is manufactured in accordance with the standa*** of GB/T12706.1-2002. It can also be produced accordance to special requirements put forward by clients. Besides, the standa*** mentioned above, the flame retardant property of the flame retardant cable must meet the corresponding demands of class A, B, or C which is stipulated in GB/T19666-2005. Among the 3 classes, class A is best. Clients can select any type of cable as practical needs. Low ***oke, halogen-free, flame retardant power cable must meet the corresponding requirements of class A, B or C. It must pass the test of ***oke density GB/T17651-1998 and the test measuring the PH value and conductivity which is stipulated in GB/T17650.2-1998.

Fire-resistance property of the fire-resistance cable can meet GB/T19216.21-2003.

2.       Maximum conductor temperature under normal operation is 90 centigrade degree.

3.       Maximum conductor temperature under short circuit (Max duration is not more than 5s) is not more than 250 centigrade degree.
