一、产品特点及用途
塑料绝缘控制电缆适用于交流额定电压U0/U 为450V/750V 及以下控制、监控回路及保护线路等场合，作为设备之间的控制接线。
阻燃控制电缆的主要特点是电缆不易着火或着火时延燃仅局限在一定范围内，适用于对阻燃性能要求较高的场合。
耐火控制电缆的主要特点是电缆除了能在正常的工作条件下传输电力外，电缆在着火燃烧时仍能保持一定时间的正常运行，适用于对耐火特性有要求的场合。
二、产品标准
本产品按GB9330-88标准生产，还可按用户要求的其他标准生产。阻燃电缆除按上述标准外，其阻燃性能按GB/T19666-2005标准规定分成A、B、C三种不同的阻燃类别。***类别的阻燃性能***优。用户可根据需要选用。

1． 阻燃型电缆型号在普通型电缆型号前加ZA、ZB、ZC。
2． 耐火型电缆型号在普通型电缆型号前加ZAN、ZBN、ZCN
四、产品使用特性
1、 额定电压U￠/U为450V/750V。
2、 电缆导体允许长期工作温度为70℃。
3、 电缆的敷设温度应不低于0℃，推荐允许弯曲半径如下：
无铠装层的电缆，应不小于电缆外径的6倍；
有铠装或铜带屏蔽结构的电缆，应不小于电缆外径的12倍。
无铠装层的电缆，应不小于电缆外径的6倍；
有铠装或铜带屏蔽结构的电缆，应不小于电缆外径的12倍。
Characteristics and Application
Plastic insulated control cables general is used to connect electrical equipments. It applies to controlling, monitoring and protective system with A.C.rated voltage U0/U up to and including 450/750 volts.
The main features of the flame retardant PVC control cable are hard to get fire or that the continuous burning of cables is very limited when it is on fire. It applies to the places with special demands of flame retardant property.
Fire-resistance cables can operate normally for some times when it is burning except that it can tran***it electrical power under normal condition. It is used in the places necessary to resist fire.
Standa*** of products
The cables are manufactured in accordance with the standard of BG9330-88. They can also be produced according to special requirements put forward by clients.
Besides the standa*** mentioned above, the flame retardant property of the flame retardant cables must meet the corresponding demands of class A, B or C which is stipulated in GB/T19666-2005. Among the 3 classes, class A is the best. Clients can select any type of cables as practical needs.

Usage parameters
1． Rated voltage U0/U is 450/750 volts.
2． Permissible continuous working temperature of cable conductor is not more than 70 centigrade degree.
3． Ambient temperature is not lower than zero centigrade degree, and its minimum bending radius is as follows when cable is installed:
For non-armored cables, not less than 6 times D;
For non-armored cables, not less than 6 times D;
For armored or copper tape sheathed cables, not less than 12 times D.
