The Palletizing System is used in the industries of Building materials,petrol,chemical, Fertilizer, food processing, and transportation port etc. It can perform bagging and palletizing automatically for powder and granular materials such as chemical fertilizer, plastic granules (PP/PE/PVC) and grains etc. It is easy for customers to store, transport and sale their products.
It is designed for Middle and high-speed production requirement, c***isting of Low level infeed and high level infeed.For high speed requirement, the double-infeed or multi-infeed design will be recommended.
It c***ists of inclined conveyor, pushing & pressing device, flattening conveyor, pool conveyor, turning conveyor, patterning conveyor, layer former, lifter, pallet magazine,pallet conveyor, loaded-pallet conveyor, high-level platform etc. The optimized design makes the whole stacking process automatic and reliable. The pallet is designed to move up and down during stacking process for the high production requirement.
