CBQ59电动机变频调速箱可通过改变其输出频率来调节普通三相异步电动机的转速,达到生产工艺的要求
或实现节电的目的,节电率可达30%-60%,也可作为电动机软件起控制器,也可通过传感器,变送器等控制电路组成
闭环调速系统.安装操作简单,起动平衡无冲击电流(软起动),电源容量大大降低,功率因数恒定,同时具备故障显示
等各种功能.
1、过电流保护、短路保护,过电压保护、欠电压保护,瞬时停电保护和断断相保护.
2、可数字显示频率,转速以及负载率或电流等.
3、可手动调节频率 .可设定转速按时间变化的工艺曲线.也可由DCS系统给出信号来控制其频率.
本产品调速变频器为进口元件.柜内还装有电流表、电压表、自动空气开关、指示灯、
交流接触器、工频变频转换开关及起动、停止按钮等.可根据不同用户的工艺要求设计,选择器件及配制各种
适当的操作方法.

CBQ59 govemor is mainly used to adjust the speed of 3-phase asynchroneous motor by converting
output frequency,so as to meet with production requirements or s***e electrical energy up to30%-60%
Also it can be used as soft starting controller of motor,furthermore it can be combined with sensor,
sransforming device.Etc,to form speed adjusting system of closed loop.Features;ease to install and
operate,start in balance without shock current(soft starting),decrease suppliced power,c***tant
power factor,fault indication.
The main components of governor is chip mircroprocessor,with following protecti*** and
performances;
1 Protection of over current,short-circuit,over voltage,under voltage,instantaneous de-
energization and phase-failure.
2 Digital or pointer indication of frequency,rotary speed,load rate andcurrent.
3 Manuually adjusting frequency is ***ailable,able to set the characteristic curve in
accordance with rotary speed accompanied by time passing,the frequency is able to be
controlled as well by DCS system’s requirement,components or operating mode can be
freely chosen as possible.
4 Suitable for steelpipe and cable wiring.
5 Suitable for GB3836-2000,IEC60079 standard request.
