RKV-18型便携式环芯钻机。该钻机主要用于环芯法测量汽轮机、发电机转子锻件的残余应力，可以方便地安装固定到转子柱面上，采用空心铣刀铣环槽，应变片测量导线能够穿过铣刀空心主轴连结到应变仪上。铣槽时不必焊下导线，一直保持应变片与应变仪相连，因此测量误差小。
