- 线缆研磨系统可以连续研磨线缆外径从0.254～1.52mm。Wire Abrader System is designed to c***istently abrade the outside diameter of a wire ranging from 0.010" to 0.060" in diameter standard. The individual wires are manually fed into a variable speed wire pass through mechani*** that guides the wire into the blasting area. As it passes through, the wire is completely abraded with a 4-way adjustable nozzle fixture before exiting onto a holding tray. The Wire Abrader System includes two Micro Sandblasters that operate four nozzle tips. Individual wires larger than 0.060" in diameter and spools of wires can be accommodated. For manual processing, an optional Ergonomic Work Chamber can be mounted to the side of the frame.
