55％镀铝锌钢板是铝含量和锌含量的配合比例***为理想的建筑用钢板，铝锌合金结构是由55％铝、43.4％锌与1.6％硅在600℃高温下固化而组成，其整体结构由 铝－铁－硅－锌 形成致密的四元结晶体，从而有效地防止腐蚀因子穿透。
镀铝锌的镀层厚度常用：100g/m2（AZ100）、150g/ m2（AZ150）、185g/ m2（AZ185）；
镀锌的镀层厚度常用：120g/m2（Z120）、150g/m2（Z150）、275g/m2（Z275）、350g/m2（Z350）
在镀铝锌钢板的外表层，以预滚涂的方式涂装一层涂层，即为彩色镀铝锌钢板，为建筑物的风格增添一层亮丽的外衣，涂层的耐候性排序为：PVDF（氟碳涂层PVF2）－***P（改性硅质强化树脂）－PE（聚脂涂层）。

Its main structure is quaternionic crystallinesubstance, formed by aluminum, steel, silicone and zinc, which can effectively prevent the penetration of corrosive agent.

When a layer of paint is pre-coated on the surface of aluminum-zinc plated steel sheet, it becomes color aluminum-zinc plated steel sheet and dresses the building with a layer of beautiful outer clothing. The coating sequence is PVDF-***P-PE.
