Based on the practical requirements of domestic customers and according to the demand on shock specimen gap in GB/T 229-94 <Metallic materials – Charpy notch impact test> , our company designed and developed the model CST-50 Impact Specimen Projector , the designated use of which is to check the quality of the V-type and U-type gaps. The instrument utilizes optic projection on compare the shock specimen V to be tested with the U-type gap standard sample drawing. This helps to examine whether the tested impact specimen gap is qualified and it is easy to operate, with an audio-visual comparison and a high efficiency.
In general, this instrument is a necessary in physical and chemical libraries for metallurgy , boiler pressure container, vehicles and ships , engineering machines and research institutes. Moreover, this can be applied to examine the following by projection: the outline of spare parts on the machine, fiber of textiles, analysis of biological slice, check of tools for measurement and cutting , meters and components as well as semiconductors.
