我们的加工生产工序：
原材料从钢厂购买回来之后，通过合格供方评定属于此材质的材质单评定，然后我们将原材料经过质检科检验，合格后经过酸洗原料或者磷化处理，然后将原材料拔细（拔料机），磕断成加工的长度，然后进行冷镦成品试验，生产出来的产品都是由生产部安排，为技术工操作机器，然后将试验生产出来成品进行组批检测，质量合格，规格达标，将会全力投入正规生产，（有些成品通过需要可以开始热处理调质成要求的级别，每吨货需要4个小时的热处理，由班组自检负责，）经过处理之后的产品开始硬度全数分选检验，有相关的测验系数（硬度、抗拉强度、抗扭强度、伸长率、断后伸长率等等）之后就开始楔负载***后表面处理（发黑、镀锌、达克罗等）***后还需要组批测试八十套成品结果去***出报告，合格后我们才能出厂，***后包装附带产品合格证，材质检验报告，使用产品简介等以及客户需要的相同其他产品的详细使用资料我们都会为您附上！谢谢！
