FSZC系列直线振动流化床干燥机
工作原理：
物料自进料口进入机内，在激振力作用下，物料沿流化床孔板水平向前抛掷连续运动，热风穿过流化床内孔板向上经同物料换热后，由排风口排出，干燥物料由排料口排出。适用颗粒、片状、粉状物料干燥。
Working principle:
After feeding materials into machine, they travel along the holed plank of fluidized bed in leveling fluidized direction, with continuous casting movement. Materials are heated by the hot air which passes through the holed plank. The air exhausts from the outlet and the materials remove away from another opening. It is suitable for drying grains, flakes and powder like materials.
主要特点：
1、物料受热均匀、热交换充分、干燥强度高，干燥强度：50~800kg/h，干燥面积：1~12m2。
2、结构设计合理、不漏料、不返风。
3、密封性好、操作方便、噪音低。

典型物料干燥：
硼酸、硼砂、柠檬酸、精盐、味精、酒糟、酵母（饲料）、芝麻、复合肥、活性碳、草酸、高锰酸钾、塑料白球、氯化铵、梳铵、硫脲。
Typical materials for drying:
Borate acid, Sodium borate, Citric acid, Salt, Monosodium glutamate, Distiller grains, Yeast (feed), Sesame, Compound fertilizer, Activated carbon, Oxalic acid. Potassium permanganate, Plastic white ball, Ammonium chloride, Ammonium sulphide, Urea sulphide.
