This capacity building program is designed to help factory:

- Understand specific code of ethics and country labor law / regulation requirements of the non-compliance issues detected during the gap asses***ent;
帮助工厂了解在预评估中所勘不符点相对应的客户行为守则及相关***/***要求；
- Understand the principles of root cause analysis and practice the analysis on tangible issues;
了解根源性分析的原则并针对所勘不符点进行根源分析实践；
- Based on the identified root causes, establish corresponding corrective action plans for the detected non-compliance issues;
根据所确定的不符点产生的根源，建立相应改善行动计划；
- Establish policies / procedures to c***olidate the implementation of the corresponding corrective acti*** in order to achieve sustainable improvement.
建立政策/程序以实现改善行动措施的持续有效进行。
Methodology

The Program includes two types of on-site visits
此能力建设方案包括两次现场访问
- Initial Visit (2 days)

- 1st day – Gap Asses***ent Section
***天——整体预评估阶段
- Conduct a gap asses***ent based on specific code of ethics and relevant country laws / regulati***;
根据客户行为守则及*********要求进行整体预评估；
- Present all identified non-compliance issues to factory.
提供预评估诊断结论给厂方代表
- 2nd day – Training Section
第二天——能力建设阶段
- Brief the client’s specific code of ethics;
讲介客户行为守则的主要内容；
- Review all non-compliance issues and establish practical corrective action plans;
分析所勘不符点并建立切实可行的改善行动计划；
- Establish policies / procedures to c***olidate the implementation of the corresponding corrective acti*** in order to achieve sustainable improvement.
建立政策/程序以实现改善行动措施的持续有效进行。
- Follow up Visit (1 day)
跟进访问（为期1天）
The follow up visit will be conducted at a pre-scheduled time after the initial visit. The follow up visit will cover the following secti***:
跟进访问将于***访问后在约定的时间进行。跟进访问将涵括以下内容：
- Review all corrective acti*** taken;
检验所有实际的改善行动；
- Review all ***s / procedures established;
检阅所有建立的政策/程序;
- Assess the factory compliance condition and provide further trainings / recommendati*** on outstanding issues.
评估工厂整体运作的达标状况，并对新出现的问题提供进一步的培训/建议。
