本技术协议适用于DRG-1.0型电加热热水柜,该设备设计、制造、试验、验收和交付的技术依据，并作为合同的附件。
The technical regulation is applicable to DRG-1.0 type electric heating hot water tank. It is the technical basis of design, manufacture, test, acceptance and delivery for this device, and it’s also the attachment of contract.

3.2．电气控制箱防护等级为IP44，电源为3PH/AC380V/50Hz，控制箱由乙方组装在设备上整体供货。
Electric control box protection grade is IP44, power supply is 3PH/A***15V/50Hz. Control box shall be fitted on the equipment before supply.
3.3．热水柜本体材料采用CCS-B，接管材料采用CCS-B，垫片采用***橡胶垫片。
Material of hot water tank body is CCS-B, material of connecting pipe is seamless steel pipe, gasket is non-toxic rubber gasket.
3.4．法兰选用CB/T46－2007系列，公称压力为0.6MPa，出厂时提供配对法兰。
Flanges are to be according to CB/T46－2007, nominal pressure 0.6Mpa, installation flange supplied with the equipment
3.5．本体内表面涂***涂料（食品级）；外包40mm绝热层，绝热材料为矿渣棉，再用镀锌铁皮包覆，并涂耐热银粉漆。
The body surface be***ear nonpoisonous coating (food grade); Outsourcing 40 mm layout, insulation materials for slag cotton, garnish with DuXinTie with leather bag, and silver paint coated heat-resistant.
3.6．安全阀开启力压设定为0.42MPa。

3.7．设备标牌采用不锈钢材质，中英文字。
