随钻打捞杯

随钻打捞杯:在钻井过程中会发生各种落物事故，这种落物产生的原因一般有两种。一种是由井口掉进去的，例如各种钳牙、卡瓦牙、手工具及各种螺钉、螺母等。另一种是在井下钻进过程中产生的，如牙轮、弹子、***片、钻头巴掌等。无论产生何种落物，当影响钻静井时都必须进行打捞。这类打捞有两种不同方式，随着钻井的进行而同时机进行的随钻打捞为一种，专门的下钻打捞为一种。我厂生产的各种打捞杯，都具有足够的强度，可以承受钻井中的各种负荷而不损坏，同时可以完成上述两种打捞。在钻头上部接一个随钻打捞杯，在加上正常钻具。在钻井过程中，循环泥浆就可将一些细小落物，如吊钳牙、卡瓦牙及小螺钉、螺母等碎物冲进打捞杯的杯筒内。当起钻后即可捞获大量的小落物，这种方法非常有效和方便，既不需要进行专门的打捞而完成清洁井底的工作。另外，随钻打捞杯还可与磁力打捞器、反循环打捞蓝、反循环一把抓等打捞工具配合使用，进行专门的打捞作业。

Drilling Junk Sub

There are two kinds of fishes in the course of drilling well. One is fallen from well head, for instance: tong

 keys, slip dogs, hand tools as well as screws, nuts etc. another is produced in the course of drilling well, 

for instance cones, pellets, cutter teeth and hard metal inserts etc. No matter what fishes happen, they h***e

 to be fished up to ***oid influencing drilling well. There are two ways for fishing. One is drilling with fishing 

and another is specially fishing with fishing tools.

The Drilling Junk Subs produced by our corporation h***e enough strength to bear various loads in the

 course of drilling without being damaged while it can carry out two kinds of fishing as above. Junk Sub

 is connected to the top of bit at drilling and a number of ***all fishes such as tong keys, slip dogs as well 

as screws, nuts etc can be flushed in to the sleeve of junk sub by circulating mud. After t ripping out, a large

 number of ***all fishes can be caught and so this way is convenient and efficient, that is to say, can clean

 up the bottom of well without needing to fish specially.

In addition, Junk Sub can work together with the one of magnet, reverse circulating junk basket and junk 

catcher etc for special fishing.

Features:

Junk Sub is simple in structure but is good, safe and reliable in use. The structure of Junk Sub is mainly 

made up of body and sleeve. Body and Sleeve are connected by screw thread so as to take up the caught 

junk easily on the ground and sleeve can be easily changed after it is damaged so as to prolong the use life. Sleeve has ***all holes on its wall to let mud flow through them and so junks can easily drop into the sleeve figure.
