“AT-3”系列仅配备***法兰。齿轮端盖的设计允许使用2-1/2英寸的美国标准管尺寸，和2英寸的法兰边。目前有三种不同类型：带螺纹的，碰焊，承插焊接。所有AT-3泵特别适合车载应用，或法兰连接是必要的。如果端口作为入口，通过同时提供液体到齿轮组合来减少内部障碍。
有两种基本的结构包括”L”型和”R”型。”AT-3R”和”AT-3L”有相同端口，反方向进入，如下图所示。”H”和”Non-H”型之间更多的区别为：在相同速度时，带着字母”H”型号的有更高的输出功率。
在***大速度时，这些泵的压差性至少为300PSID，液体粘度大约为500SSU。它们的设计是为水平底座装备的，能直接驱动马达，或使用齿轮减压器，驱动传动带，驱动链条。旁通阀和过滤器是被推荐的另外装备。
