SL-080BF一体式离子风蛇可消除难以接近或接触物体的静电或灰尘。可将蛇管随意变形使风嘴指向目标方位，无需用手操作可让离子气流直接吹向目标表面。安放灵活方便，离子针容易更换。内含高压电源供应器。可配用脚踏开关，设计用于大风量除尘和中和静电。

SL-080BF一体式离子风蛇广泛应用于电子组装线、***器械制造包装、半导体生产和平板显示器制造。

工作原理：
SL-080BF一体感应式离子风蛇的电离器件在高压发生装置产生的高电压低电流作用下，形成一个稳定的高压电场，电离空气形成离子体，由气流带出到达物体表面，当物体表面所带电荷为负电荷时，它会吸收气流中的正电荷，当物体表面所带电荷为正电荷时，它会吸收气流中的负电荷，从而使物体表面上的静电被中和，达到消除静电的目的。高速的压缩气还可将物体上的顽固积尘吹走。

Product Details:

SL-080BF Integrated Induction-type Ionizing Air Snake can eliminate electrostatic charges or dust from the inaccessible or untouchable objects. Its coil pipes can be twisted flexibly to make the nozzle target at the object, where ionized stream can be directly blown onto the object surface without manual operation. The product can be placed anywhere flexibly and the ion emitters can be easily replaced. High-voltage power supply is ***ailable inside. Footswitch is optional. It is designed for dust removal and electrostatic neutralization by high air flow.

SL-080BF Integrated Induction-type Ionizing Air Snake is widely applied to electronic assembly line, medical appliances manufacturing and packaging, semiconductor production, and FPD manufacturing. 

Operating Principles:
Under the effect of high voltage and low current produced by the high-voltage generator, the ionization element of SL-080BF Integrated Induction-type Ionizing Air Snake will form a steady high-voltage electric field, where air will be ionized to i*** and then be carried by air flow onto the object surface. When the object surface is negatively charged, it will absorb positive charges from air flow; when positively charged, it will absorb negative charges from air flow. In this way, the electrostatic charges will be neutralized and thus eliminated from the object surface. The high-speed compressed air can also blow away the stubborn dust from the object.
