The instrument is designed and made as per the National Standard GB/T3535 “Test Methods for Pour Point of Petroleum Products”, and GB/T6986 “Test Methods for Cloud Point of Petroleum Products”. It is suitable to determine pour point and cloud point of petroleum products. It is also suitable to determine pour point and cloud point of petroleum products as per ASTM D97, ASTM D2500, IP15, and IP219.
1. The workbench is made of stainless steel. It has two troughs, cold trough I and cold trough II. Each
trough has two baths and the temperatures of two baths in each trough are equal. All of them can be used for
pour point and cloud point determination.
2. It adopts special technologies, so there is no cooling liquid needed in the cold trough and it has fast
refrigeration speed and high efficiency. The temperature controller I and temperature controller II are used to
control the temperature of cold trough I and cold trough II correspondently. The lowest temperature of cold
trough can be -70 ℃ and the temperature controlling accuracy can be &plu***n;1℃.
3. The instrument adopts desktop structure. It is compact and convenient with complete accessory.
