混流泵

1、混流泵的工作原理

由于混流泵的叶轮形状介于离心泵叶轮和轴流泵叶轮之间，因此，混流泵的工作原理既有离心力又有升力，HW混流泵，靠两者的综合作用，水则以与轴组成一定角度流出叶轮，混流泵，通过蜗壳室和管路把水提向高处。

2、混流泵的一般特点

（1）混流泵与离心泵相比，扬程较低，流量较大，300HW卧式混流泵，与轴流泵相比，扬程较高，流量较低。适用于平原、湖区排灌。

（2）水沿混流泵的流经方向与叶轮轴成一定角度而吸入和流出的，700HW农用混流泵，故又称斜流泵。

4、注意填料的冷却情况，填料的的调整，不可太紧，以液体能一滴一滴漏出为准，填料太紧发热、消耗功率。填料太松、使水泵中的液体漏损过多，降低效率。

it is ok that the fluid can leak in drops.The temperature will be high if the

padding is too tight which c***umes power.If the padding is too loose， the

fluid leaks too much， the efficiency will be lower.

7、填料发热

The padding is

hot

1、填料压得太紧或四周紧密度不够2、填料压得偏斜与轴磨损严重

1.The padding is

pressed too tight or the around compactness is not enough

2.The padding is

pressed deflected and the axile wears seriously

1、旋松压盖螺栓高速填料紧密度

2、松开压盖重新均匀地上紧

1.Loosen the gland bolts to adjust

2.Loosen the gland bolts and tighten it again.
