黑色母粒是由炭黑、载体和助剂注塑等工序环节所生产的色母原料，
1、黑色母粒耐热性PVC、PE的颜料耐温160-180摄氏度ABS、PS的颜料耐温250-280摄氏度PP、PA、PET的颜料耐温280度以上一般要求颜料的耐热时间为4-10分钟，通常，使用温度越高，耐热时间越短。酞青蓝颜料耐温325摄氏度，10分钟变色。
2、黑色母粒外观:2.2*2.8圆柱型黑色体。
3、黑色母粒适应范围: 适用于大部分热性树脂注塑、抽粒、压板、 吹膜、线材、管材等工艺。
4、黑色母粒用法: 与原料揽拌均匀即可生产。
5、黑色母粒用量: 建议用量1%-3%(视产品要求而定)
6、技术参数: 堆积比重25”C 950kg/m3
