3、水泵出水量不足

1、进水管路或叶轮有水草杂物

2、转速过低

3、输水高度过高

4、泵盖及叶轮磨损间隙过大

5、填料进气

6、马力不足

7、进水管口插入水中深度不够

7.The depth of inlet pipe under water is

1、清除水草杂物

2、调整转数

3、降低输水高度

4、用纸垫调整间隙至正常

5、压紧或更换填料

6、加大马力

7、增加插入水中深度至一米左右

3.Reduce the water delivery height

4.Add paper washers to adjust the gaps

5.Compact or change padding

6.Increase the horsepower

7.Make the depth of inlet pipe under

water to one meter

（一）HW型混流泵由泵体、泵盖、叶轮、泵轴和轴承体等主要零件构成。

I. HW Mixed-flow

pump is composed of pump casing，混流泵， pump cover，300HW-8混流泵， impeller， pump spindle and bearing

body mainly.

从水泵进水口看叶轮为逆时针方向旋转（即箭头所示方向旋转。）

V. Pump Diversion

Look from inlet of pump， the impeller is

turning clockwise(turning as the direction indicated by rotation arrow)

6、轴承发热

The bearing is

hot

1、润滑油脂不足

2、润滑油质量不好或不清洁

3、轴心没有对准

4、轴承松动或磨损

5、皮带太紧

1.Lubricating grease is not enough

2.The quality of lubricating oil is not

good or dirty

3.The axes is not aiming

4.The bearing is loose or attrition

5.The belt is too tight.

1、加油

2、清洗轴承

3、找正

4、修正

5、适当放松

1.Add lubrication oil

2.Wash

the bearing

3.Aligning

4.Amending

5.Loosen it properly
