I.Introduction
Hydrogen is the only gas existing in liquid aluminium largely,which easily results in damage of aluminium such as pinhole and can highly reduce mechanical property and internal quality of casting,so we need qualitatively and quantitatively make sure the hydrogen content in aluminium liquid before pouring to guarantee qualified casting.
GDQY-01 can qualitatively measure the hydrogen content in aluminium liquid by using Straube-Pfeiffer Test Method(Vacuum Gas Inspection).
II.Usage
1.It can be used to control the quality during production of aluminium and aluminium alloy and evaluate degassing effect,quality of molten aluminium and melting process.
2.It's suitable for on-site ***elting inspection,especially for front of holding furnaces casting and aluminium processing sites.
