1.高稳定性底座是一块12MM 厚经过平面处理的钢板，使***下降，更加稳固；X 轴立柱是由两条40MM*108.8MM 宽的铸铝构成，刚性强，结构稳定，有力支撑X轴。 High stability： The base is a he***y 12mm thick steel plate with surface properly leveled in order to keep the centre of gr***ity of the system low and stable; the x-axis is supported by two columns of 40mm thickx108.8mm wide cast aluminum to form a strong stable frame.
2.高精度 X、Y轴选用V***新款精密滚珠丝杆模组SIM-95，采用高精度滚珠丝杆，重复***精度高。 High precision X\Y-axis uses the V*** new precision screw unitSIM-95，adapted to high precision ball screw ensuring high repetitive positioning.
3 实用性强 Z 轴选用V***新款精密滚珠丝杆模组SIM-95，使用步进电机驱动滑块运行，使其在停电的情况下滑块保持原状，不会因为负载而掉下来，免去突发停电运行不当的担忧. High applicability Z-axis uses the V*** new precision screw unit SIM-95. Step motor drive vertical runing.(can used the brake motor keeps the vertical position from falling in case of breaking down in electrical power supply.)
4.设计周到 X、Y、Z 轴都是采用全密封防尘设计，都原配好了限位光电感应器，减去了客户另配感应器的麻烦。 X\Y\Zthree axis is omniseal Dustproof design，equipped with limit sensors for customers conveniences.
5.高可靠性 X、Y、Z 三轴都采用线性模组，秉承了线性模组的所有特性。导轨主要采用***的高强度、高直线度铝型材，型材内部配有特殊的钢材线性导轨保证机械强度并长期保持平行度，滑块是使用滚珠螺母设计,移动平稳,使用寿命长。 High reliability: X\Y\Z three axis use theV*** linear units which are made of high strength and high linearity aluminum, and the body is embedded with surface-hardened guide rails to ensure long lasting performance. The glider is installed with eccentric units to adjust preloading for loose prevention.
