KV-168D/D-32 Fabric Cup Molding Machine
用途：该机适用于各种布料，***头模具的热压定型。
特点：

(4) 采用弹簧压布压框，有效控制布料的回缩，成型效果好。
(5) 本公司针对***模杯生产开发的特有温度控制系统，运用可控硅移相触发电流控制加热，可使发热更均匀、平稳、省电，节能效果佳，并可延长发热管使用寿命。

Usage of machine：It is able to mold rigid fabric cup ( non stretch fabric ) and also elastic fabric cup and space fabric etc. As it is using conical shaped moulds with adjustable molding depth, so it can mold elastic fabric to get suitable cup shape for matching the foam cup shape for stitching & sewing them together.
Merits：Machine equipped with air cylinder pressing plates and convinient to control fabric tension and reduce and ***oid fabric pulling while molding.
Capacity：Machine is able to load one set of bullet head aluminum mold with 2 c***ities, which can produce 1 pair of fabric cup per cycle within molding time 35 to 45 seconds.
Features:
(1) The bullet head can be replaced freely according to the different needs of the customers' products.
(2) It is easy to operate, s***ing electricity, time and forming c***istently.
(3) The button is operated by hands so as to ensure the security.
(4) It adopts spring-pressingframe to press fabric material, which can effectively control the withdrawing of the fabric and has a good forming effect.
(5) To direct at the specific temperature control system in the development of bra cups production, we utilize silicon controlled phase shifting triggering current to control heating. So, it can make the temperature more even and steady with remarkable energy-s***ing efficiency and it will prolong the heating tube's service life.
