糖化系统：Brew house  system

两器糖化系统由糖化锅，过滤槽及工艺管路组成，糖化锅是可以采用蒸汽加热或电加热的双层罐体，内胆选用优质不锈钢，外包不锈钢或紫铜板，内，外筒体夹层以岩棉做保温层，保温层能有效阻断热量的外泄，节能效果好。加热面为弥勒板夹套加热，加热面积大，足以保证精酿啤酒生产所需的蒸发量。

Two vessel brew house is composed of Mash /Lauter tun, and Kettle/Whirlpool tank. The brew house are double tanks heated by electricity or steam. Inner tank is Food grade SUS304, and outer tank is also SUS304 or could be Copper. The insulation is rock wool to effectively prevent heat leakage. Heating surface is Maitreya plate jacket, heating area is large enough to ensure the required evaporation that craft beer required.

     过滤槽由内胆，外包及保温层组成，为保证有平整疏松的糟层从而达到***快的过滤时间，在过滤槽的顶部加装了变频耕糟装置；为保证有效的过滤面积我们优化了径高比，使其过滤时间***快，外观更漂亮；同时对工艺管路进行了优化设计，使整个糖化系统结构紧凑，布局合理。公司同时设计生产三器、四器、五器糖化设备以满足科研院所，大专院校等客户的不同需求。

For the lauter tank, it has Inner tank, outer tank and insulating layer, in order to ensure a ***ooth and loose grain so as to achieve the fast filtration time, we add the VFD rake plow device; And to guarantee the effective filter area we optimize the diameter and height ratio, so the filtration is more fast and the appearance is more beautiful; At the same time the pipelines has been optimized too, so the brewing system has the advantages of compact structure, reasonable layout. Now our company designs three vessels, four vessels and five vessels brew house to meet the needs of scientific research for institutes, colleges and other customers.
