描述
ZnGeP2(ZGP)单晶用于频率转换产生中红外以及太赫兹波的***的非线性光学材料。ZnGeP2晶体具有正的双折射,可在1.0um-12.0um的 波长范围进行相位匹配光学参量频率转换。其有用的传输范围位于从2.1至10.6um,此范围内具有低至0.04cm-1的吸收。ZnGeP2具有很大的非线性光学系数和相对高的激光损伤阈值。ZnGeP2晶体具有以下应用:经由与1.06mm混频上转换CO2激光到近红外范围;合频CO和CO2产生的激光辐射;***的倍频CO,CO2脉冲激光(49%的倍频效率1GW/cm2光强,2ns脉冲宽度,9.52mm波长),在铒激光和钬激光激发下用于中红外波段OPO激光的产生。
