数控冲床零件加工精度的这三个方面既街区别又有联赢。例如零件的平面常用作测量基准,则平面的平面度会影响它与其它表面之间平行皮、垂直度测量的准确程度,圆柱表面的困庭和圆柱度,也会影响其直径测量的准确性。气般情况下,形状精瘦高子位置精度,而位置精度高于尺寸精度。对于一般机械加工方法,形状误差约占尺寸误差的50%以下。如果形状误差所占比值过大,势必要减小实际允许的尺寸误差,从而使零件加工的难度糟大,费用***。因此在设计肘,应使零件的形状精度、位置精度与尺寸精度相适应。
