3M清洗剂HFE-72DE是由HFE-7200、HFE-7100,反式二***组成。在混合溶剂中反式二***分别和HFE-7100和HFE-7200两种氟醚化合物形成共沸物。HFE-72DE混合物蒸汽脱脂,分析其组分很少改变,而且十分安全,能够有效的去除中等、重度清洗。
HFE-72DE广泛应用于各种清洗。HFE-72DE用于替代臭氧***物质、氯化溶剂等对环境、健康有影响或不安全的的清洗剂。HFE-72DE不会***臭氧,对环境友好。HFE-72DE表面张力低,不燃而且十分稳定,所以应用于浸洗或者气相清洗,来去除助焊剂残留和脱脂,还可以作为涂层的溶剂和分散剂。
3M Novec 72DE Engineered Fluid is a blend of methyl nonafluorobutyl ether (***F9OCH3), ethyl nonafluorobutyl ether (***F9OC2H5), and trans-1,2-dichloroethylene (t-DCE). In this mixture of solvents the t-DCE forms azeotropes with each of the hydrofluoroether components. The blend has been analyzed during evaporation and extended use in a vapor degreaser and found to h***e a c***istent composition that is safe ?and effective for medium- to he***y-duty degreasing applicati***.
Novec 72DE fluid is ideal for a wide range of cleaning applicati***. It is intended to replace ozone depleting and chlorinated solvents as well as other solvent systems that do not h***e as f***orable health, safety, or environmental properties. This? Novec product has zero ozone depletion potential and other f***orable environmental properties (see Table 2). 3M Industrial Hygiene monitoring indicates there is a large margin of safety between the exposure guidelines that h***e been established for each of the components and exposures anticipated from intended end-use applicati***. The high solvency and low surface tension, nonflammability and stability of Novec 72DE fluid make it ideal for immersion and vapor degreasing applicati***. These properties also make the solvent ideal for certain coating and lubricant deposition applicati*** where increased solvency is desired.
