3M清洗剂HFE-72DA是由HFE-7100,HFE-7200,***和反式二***组成的混合物。HFE-72DA是共沸混合物,通过分析可以看出HFE-72DA在液相和气相均保持组成比例一致。所以HFE-72DA可以应用于中等及重油污的清洗及助焊剂残留的去除。
HFE-72DA是理想的电子及精密清洗剂。HFE-72DA可以替代CFC,HCFC,HFC,NPB,氯化溶剂等对臭氧有***,温室效应高以及对身体健康影响大的溶剂。
由于添加了***和反式二***,其溶解能力大大提高,且HFE-72DA具有低表面张力,而且十分稳定,故HFE-72DA应用于浸洗或超蒸汽气相清洗剂。在HFE-72DA中加***,可以增加其对于离子残留的清洗!
3M Novec Engineered Fluid HFE-72DA is a blend of hydro?uoroether methyl nona?uorobutyl ether (***F9OCH3), ethyl nona?uorobutyl ether (***F9OC2H5), trans- 1,2-dichloroethylene (t-DCE) and isopropanol. This mixture of solvents is a blend of azeotropes. The blend has been analyzed during evaporation and extended use in a vapor degreaser and found to h***e a c***istent composition that is effective for medium- to he***y-duty degreasing and de?uxing applicati***.
Novec ?uid HFE-72DA is ideal for a wide range of electronics and other precision cleaning applicati***. It is intended to replace CFCs, HCFCs, HFCs, nPB and chlorinated solvents. This Novec product has zero ozone depletion potential and other f***orable environmental, health and safety properties (see Table 2).
The high solvency, low surface tension, non?ammability and stability of HFE-72DA ?uid make it ideal for immersion and vapor degreasing applicati***. The isopropanol in HFE-72DA ?uid provides enhanced removal of ionic contaminants.
