使用步骤如下：
- 将TAPE WINDOWS (***贴片带) 贴在蜡块表面
- 用锋利的切片刀切出适当厚度的frozen section
- 将整片粘有***的 TAPE WINDOWS (***贴片) 移到Adhensive coated slides
- 利用hand roller 将***贴片更加平贴在slides上
- 将slides 移到Flash-Pad (UV 灯箱)中照射数秒
- UV会将slides上的coating转换成可固定住***的solvent-resistant plastic
- 移除(***贴片带)
- 可以继续后续的fixation & staing步
