Drives with a high power tran***ission are the special field of application for BRECOFLEX® timing belts. The production method developed by us includes tension member coiling in a thread pattern and timing belt extrusion. BRECOFLEX® timing belts can be employed for all tasks encountered in power tran***ission up to 10,000 rpm.
All drives designed for high performance should preferably be produced for BRECOFLEX® timing belts with full-length tension members. They can be subjected to both permanent operation or to start-brake characteristics.
BRECOFLEX® timing belts StandardPlus with improved properties.
The new BRECOFLEX® timing belt generation was especially developed for use in high-precision positioning applicati***. The two-filament tension member coiling significantly reduces or even completely eliminates the tendency of the timing belts to wander off. The special type of coiling prevents the build-up of lateral forces originating from the tension members during running and leading to the timing belt wandering off. This notably reduces friction forces present in the drive and also improves the positioning properties.
The new BRECOFLEX® timing belts also offer an improved c***istency of the tooth pitch within the belt. The new BRECOFLEX® timing belt generation provides the user with standard products which combine high-power tran***ission, high stiffness, optimum running beh***iour and high precision.
