为进一步增强海关***透明度，方便旅客进出境，明确进境旅客行李物品征免税规定，规范和统一海关验放标准，现就有关事项公告如下：
一、进境居民旅客携带在境外获取的个人自用进境物品，总值在5000元***以内（含5000元）的；非居民旅客携带拟留在中国境内的个人自用进境物品，总值在2000元***以内（含2000元）的，海关予以免税放行，单一品种限自用、合理数量，但***制品、酒精制品以及***规定应当征税的20种商品等另按有关规定办理。
三、有关短期内多次来往旅客行李物品征免税规定、验放标准等事项另行规定。
特此公告。
超过以上价格将按照一般贸易进口进行征税，进行资料审核、报关流程
