一、产品概述：
保温沥青泵适用于输送介质温度350℃，粘度不大于40mm2/s,不含固体颗粒的沥青、石腊等各类在常温下有凝固性以及高寒地区室外安装和工艺过程中要求保温的场合。可通入导热油、热水、蒸气等对输送介质进行加热和保温。
二、工作原理：
保温沥青泵的泵体中装有一对回转齿轮，一个主动，一个被动，依靠两齿轮的相互啮合将泵内的整个工作腔分成两个独立部分。泵运转时，主动齿轮带动被动齿轮旋转，当齿轮从啮合到脱开时，在吸入侧就形成局部直空，液体在大气压的作用下被吸入泵内，被吸入泵的液体充满齿轮的各个齿谷而被带到排油侧，齿轮进入啮合时液体被挤出，形成高压液体经泵的排出口排出泵外。当齿轮不断地旋转，两侧就不断的吸油和排油。
三、产品结构：
● 保温沥青泵主要有泵体、保温夹层、齿轮、前后盖以及轴端密封装置等主要零部件组成。泵体和保温夹层等与高温介质接触部分的零部件材料均采用Ⅱ类，即：铸造碳素结构制造。齿轮、轴承套、主被动轴等均采用优质碳素结构钢并经热处理具有较高的强度和耐磨性能。
● 保温沥青泵的轴端密封采用多级回流式耐高温填料密封，密封性能可靠。
● 保温沥青泵的进出油口和加热管进出油口，均采用标准法兰连接。
●保温沥青泵与电动机采用弹性联轴器连接，安装在铸铁底盘上。
四、产品特点：
●保温沥青泵结构简单紧凑、安装使用方便。
●具有良好的自吸性能，每次开泵前不须加入液体，使用特别方便。
● 加热管采用标准法兰连接，密封面连接方便，密封可靠。
保温沥青泵的高温介质过流部位均采用Q235铸造碳素结构钢制造，并经压力试验，因此泵具有良好的热态适应性，工作安全可靠。

Two. The principle of work:
The pump body of the insulation asphalt pump is equipped with a pair of rotary gears, one active and one passive, and the whole working cavity inside the pump is divided into two independent parts by the intermeshing of the two gear. When the pump runs, the active gear drives the passive gear to rotate. When the gear is from meshing to disopening, the local direct air is formed on the suction side. The liquid is inhaled in the pump under the effect of atmospheric pressure. The liquid is filled with each tooth of the gear and is brought to the oil side. When the gear enters the meshing, the liquid is squeezed out to form a high-pressure liquid. The body is discharged from the pump through the discharge port of the pump. When the gears are constantly rotating, both sides continuously absorb oil and drain oil.
Three. Product structure:
The thermal insulation asphalt pump is mainly composed of pump body, insulation interlayer, gear, front and rear cover and shaft end seal device. The components and materials such as pump body and insulation interlayer and other parts contacting with high temperature are of type II, namely: Casting carbon structure manufacturing. The gears, bearing bushing, main and passive shaft and so on all adopt high quality carbon structural steel and have high strength and wear resistance after heat treatment.
The shaft end seal of thermal insulation asphalt pump is made of multi stage reflux type high temperature packing seal, and the sealing performance is reliable.
The inlet and outlet of heating asphalt pump and heating pipe inlet and outlet are all connected by standard flange.
Insulation asphalt pump and motor are connected by elastic couplings and installed on cast iron chassis.

The insulation asphalt pump is simple and compact in structure and easy to install and use.
It has good self-priming performance, and no need to add liquid before opening the pump. It is very convenient to use.
The heating pipe adopts standard flange connection, the sealing surface is convenient to connect, and the sealing is reliable.
The high temperature medium of heat insulation asphalt pump is made of Q235 cast carbon structure steel and tested by pressure. Therefore, the pump has good thermal adaptability and safe and reliable work.
