德国BACH进口潜水排污泵介绍：
作为德国BACH研制成功的新一代泵类产品，具有节能效果显著、防缠绕、无堵塞、自动安装和自动控制等特点。在排送固体颗粒和长纤维垃圾方面，具有独***果。
泵采用独特叶轮结构和新型机械密封，能有效地输送含有固体物和长纤维。叶轮与传统叶轮相比，该泵叶轮采用单流道或双流道形式，它类似于一截面大小相同的弯管，具有非常好的过流性，配以合理的蜗室，使得该泵具有效率高、叶轮经动静平衡试验，使泵在运行中无振动。
使用条件:
■介质温度不超过60℃;介质重度为1~1.3kg/dm3。
■无内自流循环冷却系统的泵，电机部分露出液面不起过1/3。
■铸铁材质的使用范围这PH5~9。
产品特点：
■采用独特的单片或双叶片叶轮结构，大大提高了污物通过能力，能有效的通过泵口径的5倍纤维物质与直径为泵口径约50%的固体颗粒。
■机械密封采用新型硬质耐腐的钛化钨材料，可使泵安全连续运行8000小时以上。
■整体结构紧凑、体积小、噪声小、节能效果显著，检修方便，无需建泵房，潜入水中即可工作，大大减少工程造价。
■该泵密封油室内设置有高精度抗干扰漏水检测传感器，定子绕组内预埋了热敏元件，对水泵电机自动保护。
■浮球开关可以根据所需液位变化，自动控制泵的起动与停止，不需专人看管，使用极为方便。
■能够在全扬程内使用，而保证电机不会过载。
■固定式自动耦合安装系统、移动式自由安装系统。
德国BACH潜水排污泵性能：
潜污泵引出控制保护信号线，采用专用电控保护装置（安装在PMCC内），控制系统对水泵电机具有过载、缺相、欠压、短路、泄漏、超温、湿度、浸水、轴温等故障自动保护功能。
①过载保护特性：
当水泵电机电流I≥1.2Ie时,其动作时间t≤10min,当I≥8Ie时,t≤100ms。出现过载时，系统过载指示灯亮，水泵停止工作。
②缺相保护特性：
当主电路出现任一相断相时，系统缺相灯亮，水泵停止工作。
③短路保护特性：
当主电路出现短路故障时，系统中断路器迅速断开，水泵停止工作。
④泄漏保护、湿度保护特性
当潜污泵发生***套密封泄漏时，湿度灯亮，并报警，但不保护，水泵仍能运行。
⑤超温保护特性
当水泵电机绕组温率超过1100C时（B级绝缘），或1400C（F级绝缘）超温指示灯亮，水泵停止工作。
⑥浸水保护特性
当潜污泵内上接线腔有水进入时，浸水指示灯亮，水泵停止工作。

The pump adopts unique impeller structure and new mechanical seal, which can effectively transport solid and long fibers. Compared with the traditional impeller, the impeller adopts a single channel or double channel form. It is similar to a curved pipe with the same size. It has a very good overflow and a reasonable worm room. The pump has high efficiency and the impeller is tested by static and dynamic balance, so that the pump has no vibration in operation.

The temperature of the medium is not more than 60 degrees, and the medium is 1~1.3kg/dm3.
The pump has no internal self circulating cooling system, and the motor part exposes the liquid level without 1/3.
The use range of cast iron material is PH5~9.
Product features:
Using a unique single or double blade impeller structure, it greatly improves the passing capacity of the dirt, and can effectively pass 5 times the fiber material with the diameter of the pump and the solid particles of about 50% diameter of the pump.
The mechanical seal adopts a new type of hard and corrosion-resistant titanium tungsten material, which enables the pump to run safely and continuously for more than 8000 hours.
It has compact structure, ***all size, ***all noise, remarkable energy s***ing effect, convenient maintenance, no need to build a pump room and work in water, greatly reducing the cost of the project.
The sealed oil chamber of the pump is equipped with a high-precision anti-interference leakage detection sensor, and a thermal element is embedded in the stator winding to automatically protect the pump motor.
The floating ball switch can automatically control the start and stop of the pump according to the change of the required liquid level, and it is very convenient to use without the need of personal supervision.
It can be used in the whole lift without overloading the motor.
