【进口高温调节阀】选择说明：
（1）阀体及阀内件材料的选择问题
用于450℃以上的环境中的调节阀， 一般材料可使用的***高温度为500℃左右。对于高于538℃的场合，阀体通常采用铬－钼钢。对于***高温度达1035℃左右的场合，通常选用SUS310S型不锈钢，而且材料含碳量必须控制在 0.04～0.08％之间。对于更高的温度，建议采用内衬非金属耐热材料（可用于1200℃的高温场合）或特殊的耐高温高强度合金（如发动机燃烧室用耐高温高强度合金，可直接用于 1000℃高温场合）。
（2）填料的耐温性能
标准的聚四氟乙烯填料仅能用于200℃以下场合，如需用于中高温场合则必须采用伸长型阀盖以防止填料受到极高温度的影响。但较长较细的阀杆在高温条件下强度较差，易出现弯曲现象。因此，高温条件下应采用耐温性能优异（可达600℃）的柔性石墨填料，还可以大大降低伸长型阀盖的高度。同时配以“旋转类阀 粗阀杆”的方式提高阀整体强度，从而较好地解决这一问题。
（3）密封方式的选择
在高温条件下实现较高的切断性能是很困难的，很多常规的高性能密封方式是不可取的（如 O 形圈、四氟材料、弹性金属材料等）。在500℃以内，可采用特种复合石墨阀座软密封方式。在500℃以上的条件下高温，高温调节阀只能采用金属对金属硬密封方式（一般采用蝶阀结构）。

高温调节阀可以是高温单座阀体、高温套阀体、笼式高温阀体和高温三通阀体，一般使用在高温水蒸气和高温导热油品中，高温调节阀配置HEP***器或 ***器，可以根据用户需求，配套***器。阀门***器输入信号为4-20mA，可以选配输出信号4-20mA。
