【进口高压旁路调节阀】特点:
蒸汽经过4级节流,噪音低。蒸汽先通过套筒和阀座,压力降低了一部分。节流罩下端的喷嘴向上喷出高速冷却水,冷却水在节流罩中心被高压蒸汽雾化和混合的过程中,进行充分的热交换,从而使高温蒸汽再节流罩内完成降温过程,然后通过节流罩,再通过两个节流孔板,把蒸汽压力降低到额定要求,由于蒸汽的减压减温都在同一阀体内完成,故系统不另设专门的减温器。
