【进口减压阀】详细说明：

【进口减压阀】工作原理：
四氟密封减压阀介质走向由上进下出，当调节出口压力时，顺时针旋转调节螺栓，迫使活塞向下移动，打开主阀，改变节流面积，造成压力损失，实现减压。由于减压阀阀后介质通过“X”通道流入活塞下腔并与活塞上方保持平衡，当压力和流量变化时，使主阀节流面积始终保持相应位置，由于减压阀采用卸荷机构，减小了进口压力变化对出口压力的影响，同时加大了出口压力作用面积，即加大敏感元件作用面积，从而减小了阀门出口压力偏差，大大提高了减压阀的稳压精度。

【进口减压阀】调压方法：
1、关闭减压阀前的截止阀，开启减压阀后的截止阀，制造下游低压环境。
2、卸下减压阀上端的防护罩调节螺钉按逆时针旋转至***上位置（相对***低出口压力），然后关闭减压阀后截止阀。
3、慢慢开启减压阀前的截止阀至全开。
4、顺时针缓慢旋转调节螺钉，将出口压力调至所需的压力（以阀后表为准）调整后，将锁紧螺母备紧，拧上防护罩，打开减压阀后截止阀。
5、如调压过头，须从***步开始重调。
