ABB框架断路器跳跃故障诊断及维护技术的应用!
〔摘 要〕本文介绍了云浮发电厂多起 ABB 低压框架断路器跳跃, 弹簧储能机构 反复储能,从而导致了断路器本体机构严重变形、负载设备损坏的问题,对故障 进行分析, 并结合实践经验总结有效的维护措施,提高 ABB 低压框架断路器安全 使用。

针对多起断路器跳跃故障,分析其原因有以下几方面:
(1)合闸半轴两端与侧板孔间隙窄摩擦力太大,导致合闸半轴存在回位缓慢 或卡涩,在每次合闸后,电机会自动对弹簧进行储能操作,造成当电动储能到位 后,合闸半轴仍未到位,于是弹簧能量无法挂扣住,并瞬间释放掉,然后重新储 能,如此反复,如果合闸半轴在期间***到位,储能机构会停止储能,否则会一 直储能,将会打坏内部操作机构,直到拉开控制电源才停止。
(2)工作电源断路器由于需长期运行,未进行操作机构***,驱动轴承、分 合闸钩块、小轴及转动部位缺少定期润滑,机构积尘或卡涩导致操作故障。
(3)环境和运行温度的影响,长期的高温运行,断路器操作机构上使用的润 滑脂受温度影响后的有效作用时间缩短, 导致操作机构内部润滑不畅, 如电除尘、 除灰等高负荷低压配电断路器,故障率明显高于其他低负荷配电断路器。
(4)开关的操作频率低,根据生产厂家的建议,对于操作频率较低或者平时 不进行操作的断路器, 需要定期对其进行切换操作, 以改善操作机构的润滑坏境, 防止久不操作的断路器机构内部发生粘住, 而实际上, 在机组正常运行的前提下, 配电系统的断路器是较少进行切换的。
(5)维护周期过长,在机组稳定运行的前提下,低压配电断路器的停运机会 较少,部分开关的维护无法做到每年一次,储能机构的润滑环境恶化而致故障。
