德国KAYSEN凯森进口卧式潜水泵概述

卧式潜水泵是潜水泵的一种,深井提水的重要设备。使用时整个机组潜入水中工作。把地下水提取到地表,是生活用水、矿山抢险、工业冷却、农田灌溉、海水提升、轮船调载,还可用于喷泉景观,热水潜水泵用于温泉洗浴,还可适用于从深井中提取地下水,也可用于河流、水库、水渠等提水工程。

主要应用:
主要用于农田灌溉及高山区人畜用水,亦可供***空调冷却、热泵机组、冷泵机组、城市、工厂、铁路、矿山、工地排水使用。 一般流量可以达到(10m3~650m3)每小时、扬程可达到2000米。

高质量、高稳定性井用潜水泵的性能结构:
井用潜水泵性能要求
(1) 在规定的扬程范围内,随着扬程的提高,井用潜水泵流量变化不应超过额定流量的20%。
(2) 在工作扬程范围内,井用潜水泵能稳定运行,电机不应因过载而烧机。潜水电机应设有渗漏、过热、过载、湿度、短路、缺相漏电等各种保护措施和信号输出,确保电机的安全运行。所有保护功能均通过专用保护器进行保护。
(3) 泵规定点效率应不低于GB/T 2816《井用潜水泵》要求。泵******率应不低于GB19762《清水离心泵能效限定值及节能评价值》泵节能评价值。电动机效率和功率因数的保证值应符合GB/T 2818《井用潜水异步电动机》要求。
(4) 井用潜水电泵能效应符合GB 32030《井用潜水电泵能效限定值及能效等级》一级及以上。
(5) 泵的振动应符合GB/T29531《泵的振动测量与评价方法》。水泵振动级别需至少达到B级及以上。
(6) 泵的噪声应符合GB/T29529《泵的噪声测量与评价方法》。水泵噪声级别需达到***及以上。
(7) 水泵扬水管下部应设有可靠的止逆装置,防止停泵时水倒流。
(8) 井用潜水泵应设有水流由电机底部流向水泵出口的导流装置。导流装置设计应考虑水流速度及水温变化对水垢产生和附着的影响。
(9) 电机的额定功率与泵在安全稳定工作范围内***大轴功率之比不小于1.15倍。
(10) 配套电机应采用原装进口的国际知名品牌产品,电机的绝防护等级不低IP68级。
(11) 泵组无故障运行时间不少于10000小时。
(12) 井用潜水泵及电机内部的信号检测、保护器件等,安装在控制柜内的专用配套保护器件。
(13) 井用潜水泵的结构设计应采取防止泥沙磨损的有效措施,以满足水泵在含沙水流和污物条件下的运行要求。
(14) 泵组投运初期,现场在施工过程中,集水井水中钙镁离子较高,潜水深井泵的结构设计应采取防止泵组结垢的措施,以满足水泵长期安全运行要求。
(15) 井用潜水泵及电机的结构设计应满足水泵布置、预留基础和接口及设备起吊条件的要求。
(16) 井用潜水泵性能保证值及技术性能要求适合现场工况。
 
井用潜水泵结构要求
(1) 泵组由电机、出口泵座、叶轮、扬水管、工作部件等组成。
(2) 扬水管的长度应根据集水井深及水泵启停控制要求确定。单根扬水管的长度应满足安装、检修时起吊高度要求,每根管应能互换,管接头采用法兰联接,扬水管的壁厚不小于20mm。电动机应为原装进口专用潜水电机,电机性能参数的保证值应符合有关规程要求。
(3) 井用潜水泵电机采用水冷却方式。
(4) 水泵主要部件的材料应是新的高质量材料。
(5) 水泵各部轴承应采用国际知名品牌产品,性能不低于SKF、NSK和FAG同等级的产品。
(6) 泵组应设置吊耳,以便于吊装。
(7) 承受水压的零部件均应进行水压试验,试验压力为使用范围内***大压力的1.5倍,持续时间为15分钟,不应有渗漏现象。
(8) 除不锈钢外,所有与泵输送介质接触的金属表面均应有良好的表面涂漆。
(9) 井用潜水泵应采用防砂防磨措施,其关键过流部件(全部泵壳和叶轮)宜采用特殊材料涂覆工艺电机、机械密封应采用抗砂型机封。
(10) 井用潜水泵应采用合适的防结垢措施(特殊材料涂覆工艺),并对防结垢措施进行详细说明。
(11) 井用潜水泵导流罩应设置足够强度的底座抵抗水流冲击。
(12) 电缆
水泵至水泵控制柜直接的连接电缆应为耐油防水电缆。水泵电机应带一段长度不小于5m(在满足电机制造厂标准设计的情况下,此段电缆长度应尽可能长)、与电机连接好一同出厂的原装进口电缆。水泵至控制柜的电缆全长范围内***多只能设置一处中间接头。接头采用预制式中间接头、防水外壳的型式。电缆接头应密封防水,在接头淹水情况下水泵应能正常运行。卖方负责电缆密封防水接头的供货与连接。
     1) 标明配套电缆型号、芯数和截面、外径、长度等性能参数。
     2) 所有配套的电线和电缆均应满足设备的运行要求,并适应于其工作环境和工况。应充分考虑线路电压损失,适当加大导线截面,减少线路损耗,保证用电设备的正常电压水平。
     3) 所有配套的电线和电缆应选用镀锡铜芯多股导线。
     4) 配套的电线和电缆应采用带抗拉、阻燃和内铠装电缆。用于电子装置、传感器件的导线还应选择带屏蔽的电缆。
     5) 4芯以上控制电缆应留有10%~20%的备用芯,芯数多的电缆取低值,但备用芯数***少不少于2芯。
(13) 井用潜水泵与外接排水管路接口。
(14) 井用潜水泵与控制柜的接口
     1) 井用潜水泵的控制柜由其他供应商提供。
     2) 为保证水泵可靠运行,实现水泵及电机的信号检测、保护等均应由卖方提供,并列出装设在控制柜上的元器件名称。
     3) 电机接线盒的接线柱应保证与足够截面的电缆牢固连接。接线盒及电缆固定件应由卖方提供。
4) 将井用潜水泵、信号检测器件及水泵综合保护器的有关参数、运行方式、功能要求、接口形式等技术资料提供给控制柜供应商,并应与其相互协调,使水泵与控制柜有机结合,互相适应和匹配,构成***的整体。

The horizontal submersible pump is a kind of submersible pump, which is an important equipment for deep well water lifting. When used, the entire unit is submerged into the water. The groundwater is extracted to the surface, which is domestic water, mine rescue, industrial cooling, farmland irrigation, seawater lifting, ship transfer, and can also be used for fountain landscapes. Hot water submersible pumps are used for hot spring bathing, and can also be used to extract groundwater from deep wells. It can also be used for water lifting projects such as rivers, reservoirs and canals.

Performance structure of high quality, high stability submersible pump:
Well submersible pump performance requirements
(1) Within the specified head range, as the head increases, the submersible pump flow rate change should not exceed 20% of the rated flow.
(2) Within the working lift range, the submersible pump for the well can operate stably, and the motor should not be burned due to overload. The submersible motor shall be provided with various protection measures and signal output such as leakage, overheating, overload, humidity, short circuit, and phase loss leakage to ensure the safe operation of the motor. All protection functi*** are protected by a dedicated protector.
(3) The efficiency of the pump specified point should not be lower than the requirements of GB/T 2816 “Submersible Pumps for Wells”. The maximum efficiency of the pump should not be lower than the energy s***ing evaluation value of GB19762 "Energy efficiency limit value and energy s***ing evaluation value of clean water centrifugal pump". The guaranteed value of motor efficiency and power factor should meet the requirements of GB/T 2818 "well-drilling asynchronous motor".
(4) The energy effect of the submersible electric pump for wells is in accordance with GB 32030 “Energy efficiency limit value and energy efficiency rating of submersible electric pump for well” level one or above.
(5) The vibration of the pump should comply with GB/T29531 “Measurement and Evaluation Method of Vibration of Pump”. The pump vibration level must be at least Class B and above.
(6) The noise of the pump should comply with GB/T29529 “Methods for Measurement and Evaluation of Noise of Pumps”. The pump noise level needs to reach Class A and above.
(7) A reliable anti-reverse device shall be provided at the lower part of the pump water pipe to prevent backflow of water when the pump is stopped.
(8) The submersible pump for wells shall be provided with a flow guiding device for the flow of water from the bottom of the motor to the outlet of the pump. The design of the flow guiding device should take into account the influence of water flow velocity and water temperature change on scale generation and adhesion.
(9) The ratio of the rated power of the motor to the maximum shaft power of the pump in a safe and stable operating range is not less than 1.15 times.
(10) The supporting motor should be imported from the internationally renowned brand products, and the motor's absolute protection level is not low IP68.
(11) The pump set has a trouble-free running time of not less than 10,000 hours.
(12) Well-use submersible pump and signal detection and protection devices inside the motor, and special protection devices installed in the control cabinet.
(13) The structural design of the submersible pump for wells should be effective measures to prevent sediment wear to meet the operational requirements of the pump under sandy water flow and dirt conditi***.
(14) At the initial stage of commissioning of the pumping unit, the calcium and magnesium i*** in the collecting well water are higher during the c***truction process. The structural design of the submersible deep well pump should adopt measures to prevent scaling of the pumping unit to meet the long-term safe operation requirements of the pump.
(15) The structural design of the submersible pump and motor for wells shall meet the requirements for pump layout, reserved foundation and interface and equipment lifting conditi***.
(16) The performance guarantee value and technical performance requirements of the submersible pump for the well are suitable for on-site conditi***.
 
Well submersible pump structure requirements
(1) The pump unit c***ists of a motor, an outlet pump seat, an impeller, a water pipe, and working parts.
(2) The length of the riser pipe shall be determined according to the collection well depth and the start and stop control requirements of the pump. The length of a single water pipe should meet the requirements for lifting height during installation and overhaul. Each pipe should be interchangeable. The pipe joints are flanged. The wall thickness of the water pipe is not less than 20mm. The motor shall be a special imported submersible motor. The guaranteed value of the motor performance parameters shall comply with the relevant regulati***.
(3) The submersible pump motor for the well uses water cooling.
(4) The material of the main components of the pump should be new high quality materials.
(5) The bearings of all parts of the pump should be made of international famous brand products, and the performance is not lower than that of SKF, NSK and FAG.
(6) The pump set should be provided with lifting lugs for easy lifting.
(7) Hydraulic pressure test shall be carried out on parts subjected to water pressure. The test pressure is 1.5 times the maximum pressure within the range of use and the duration is 15 minutes. There shall be no leakage.
(8) Except for stainless steel, all metal surfaces in contact with the pumping medium should h***e a good surface finish.
(9) The submersible pump for wells should adopt sand control and anti-wear measures. The key over-current components (all pump casings and impellers) should be coated with special materials. The mechanical seals should be sand-resistant.
(10) The submersible pump for wells should adopt appropriate anti-fouling measures (special material coating process) and detailed description of anti-fouling measures.
(11) The submersible pump shroud for wells shall be provided with a base of sufficient strength to resist the impact of water flow.
(12) Cable
The direct connection cable from the pump to the pump control cabinet should be oil and water resistant. The pump motor should be equipped with a length of not less than 5m (in the case of the motor manufacturer's standard design, the cable length should be as long as possible), and the original imported cable that is connected with the motor. A maximum of one intermediate joint can be set within the entire cable length from the pump to the control cabinet. The joints are of a prefabricated intermediate joint and a waterproof outer casing. The cable joint should be sealed and waterproof, and the pump should be able to operate normally when the joint is flooded. The seller is resp***ible for the supply and connection of the cable gland.
     1) Indicate the matching cable type, core number and cross-section, outer diameter, length and other performance parameters.
     2) All supporting wires and cables should meet the operational requirements of the equipment and be adapted to the working environment and working conditi***. The line voltage loss should be fully c***idered, the cross section of the wire should be appropriately increased, the line loss should be reduced, and the normal voltage level of the power equipment should be ensured.
     3) All the matching wires and cables should be tinned copper core multi-strand wire.
     4) The matching wires and cables should be cable with tensile, flame-retardant and internal armor. Wires for electronic devices and sensor devices should also be shielded.
     5) The control cable of 4 cores or more should h***e 10% to 20% spare core, and the cable with a large number of cores should be low, but the number of spare cores is at least 2 cores.
(13) The well submersible pump is connected to the external drain line.
(14) Interface between submersible pump and control cabinet
     1) The control cabinet for the submersible pump for wells is supplied by other suppliers.
     2) In order to ensure the reliable operation of the pump, the signal detection and protection of the pump and motor should be provided by the seller and the names of the components installed on the control cabinet should be listed.
     3) The terminal block of the motor terminal box should be securely connected to the cable of sufficient cross section. Junction boxes and cable fixings shall be provided by the seller.
4) Provide technical data such as parameters, operation mode, functional requirements and interface forms of the submersible pump, signal detection device and pump integrated protector to the control cabinet supplier, and coordinate with them to make the pump and control cabinet organic Combine, adapt and match each other to form a perfect whole.
