进口切割潜水排污泵，是采用德国凯森泵业有限公司***的技术研发而成水泵，此系列水泵具有带撕裂的结构，能将污水中长纤维、袋、带、草、布条等物质撕裂、切断，然后顺利排放，特别适合于输送含有坚硬固体、纤维物的液体以及特别脏、粘、滑的液体。

切割潜水排污泵维护***：
●电泵应有专人管理与使用，并定期检查电泵绕组与机壳之间的绝缘电阻是否正常***低不得低于0.5兆欧，否则必须拆下将定子烘干，绝缘电阻升高后方可使用。
● 每次使用特别是用于较稠较粘的浆液后，应放于清水中运行数分钟再存放。
●电泵每使用300~500小时后应打开腰部油孔螺钉并用纯净10号机油补充，使用机械密封保持良好的润滑状态。如发现油室大量进水则表明机械密封失效，应予更换。
●电泵启动后如发现流量不足或扬程达不到规定值（除管路阻力大或堵塞)可能是转向反了，这时应断开电源，将电缆的三根相线中任意二根相互对换后，量新接好再启动便可。
●电泵拆卸、维修后，密封性能必须经0.2MPa气密试验检查。
●弯头和电泵分离放在板箱内，请将弯头装在电泵上，如果电果和管道连接则不必再装弯头。

Cutting submersible sewage pump maintenance:
●The electric pump should be managed and used by special personnel, and regularly check whether the insulation resistance between the electric pump winding and the casing is normal and the minimum is not less than 0.5 megohm. Otherwise, the stator must be removed and the insulation resistance increased. .
● After each use, especially for thicker and more viscous slurry, it should be stored in clean water for a few minutes before storage.
● After using the electric pump for 300~500 hours, the lumbar oil hole screw should be opened and replenished with pure No. 10 oil, and the mechanical seal should be used to maintain a good lubrication state. If a large amount of water is found in the oil compartment, the mechanical seal is invalid and should be replaced.
●If the flow is insufficient or the lift does not reach the specified value after the start of the electric pump (except for the pipeline resistance or blockage), the steering may be reversed. At this time, the power should be disconnected, and any two of the three phases of the cable should be opposite each other. After the change, the new quantity can be connected and then started.
● After the electric pump is disassembled and repaired, the sealing performance must be checked by the 0.2MPa airtight test.
● The elbow and the electric pump are separated in the crates. Please install the elbow on the electric pump. If the electric fruit is connected with the pipe, it is not necessary to install the elbow.
