ZG-0.1L Periodical Vacuum Induction Melting Casting Furnace is a melting furnace enclosed in a vacuum chamber, utilizing electromagnetic induction principle to generate eddy as the heating source (electrical energy convert to heating energy). And then perform melting and casting under vacuum state. So It can be used for ***elting various kinds of metals and alloy. such as steel, iron, copper, aluminum, nickel base, cobalt base, rare earth metal, high temperature alloy and non-metal (such as silicon)
Working temperature of Vacuum induction melting furnace is depends on crucible material. It is Suitable for graphite crucible, magnesium oxide crucible, alumina crucible, zirconia crucible and metal crucible. The highest temperature can reach to 2000 ℃.
It mainly c***ists of furnace cover, furnace body, furnace door, feeding device, sampling device, temperature measuring device, tampering and stirring device, MF Generator, feeding device, pouring furnace casting device, mould heat preservation furnace, ingot mold car, casting system, Vacuum unit, vacuum measuring device, PLC control system, closed type cooling system and so on.
