***公告2018年第51号（关于取消部分产品进境动植物检疫审批的公告）
公告〔2018〕51 号
根据《进境动植物检疫审批管理办法》（质检总局令第25号公布，质检总局令第170号、***令第238号修改），经风险评估，决定自2018年6月1日起，取消对部分产品（清单见附件）实施进境动植物检疫审批。
第39项 2309101000 狗食或猫食罐头
一、以下两点尤其应引起重视，否则产品将无法进口到我国：
1、***质检总局对宠物食品的出口***/地区实施准入制度，必须获得准入后方允许向我国出口宠物食品。目前已有美国、加拿大、中国台湾等10多个***和地区获得准入资格，允许符合要求的宠物食品出口我国。
2、***质检总局对境外生产、加工企业实施注册制度，所有进口宠物食品必须来自已获我国注册资格的境外生产、加工企业。
